Administration

Hi, i know there is another thread on this but there isnt an answer on it so thought i could start another to get some help. I am trying to take hearts out of administration on the editor but cant seem to find how to do it? the administration box is unticked and i have got rid of all debt?

I don't think it's possible, something to do with it being hard coded into the game.

Go to

C:>Program Files>Steam>Steam Apps> Common>Football Manager 2014> Data>db>1430>edt

Then there should be a file in the called Transfer_embargo.

Open it in Notepad, and delete the line that says

"TRANSFER_EMBARGO_AGE_RESTRICTION" "1573" "01/07/2013" "31/01/2014" 21

Then save it and start a new game, and I believe that should work. Make a copy of that file on your desktop or somewhere first though.
