After his passage in Italy (Inter, Fiorentina, Parma and Roma) Adriano joins Corinthians, its already @club site.

After he sign, he told the press this: "Corinthians won't regret it, I'm a fighting player. I'm not going there to create trouble, but to score goals."

This move was already "feared" by Flamengo supporters, because they wanted Adriano back, but since the manager Vanderlei Luxemburgo didnt want him, he decided to join Corinthians.

not surprising really. Thought he would go back to Brazil, he already has enough money from his career

Expected him to go back to Brazil , it was either that or the Middle East.

Well, what else do Corinthians do when their fat prima punta retires?

When did Adriano play for Palermo? :$

Think you meant Parma dude :P

what a good player he could have become if he wasnt such a ******.

It's strange you guys keep remembering the real Ronaldo because of the bad shape he's been in his last few seasons, and none of you remember his goalscoring abilities, his great days some years ago, and him being called Il Fenomeno. And probably most of you that now remember him as only being fat, were as kids/younger people watching a lot of his matches and being amazed with each and every beautiful goal he has scored.

Interesting, isn't it?

(No harm intended in any of these sentences / words)

Well I hope Adriano maybe starts scoring goals eh?

Yes guys Parma :P , corrected it already. And yes he's pretty good in Brazil and he used to be good in the national team aswell... but with Neymar now and Hulk... doubt he will have any chance

Don't be silly, I was only joking. I remember (and will always remember) Ronaldo in his goalscoring prime.

Adriano is a shame, he was a player with truly everything. Creative, technical, good in the air and even pretty quick. He never fulfilled his potential and now never will. Oh well.

My sarcasm/joke sensors were off :(

Anyways, we all remember his prime! (And the goals ofc)

Ronaldo had health problems... total different from Adriano. When Ronaldo was in Top form he would be better then 10 Adrianos.

Did anyone else notice Adrian Chiles before the game vs Scotland when he said people remember Ronaldo for being fat and hopeless?

It was something along those lines anyway.

Well actually, I can't say I noticed sth like that cause i didn't watch the match

Did he? Well, maybe that's because Chiles, whilst a good presenter, is a ****** useless football pundit/fan.

These Brazilian clubs have a pretty good time of it, don't they? Develop young players, put them in your first team when they're good enough (Neymar, Ganso, Lucas etc.), sell them on for a bumper fee (usually), then just get them back on the cheap. (Yes, I know he didn't play for Corinthians, but still - Flamengo wanted him back)

Can they do that with Denilson too, please?

Adriano will no doubt stay at Corinthians for 3mth play 6 games no goals and head back to europe when hes bored just like he did with Flamengo to Roma

The guys useless and a fat pisshead whos clinging onto his rapidly decreasing career by his finger nails

RANT OVER!!

he good have been immense, pity.
how the mighty have fallen. Adriano, former cover star of PES, now brazilian flop

he's not a flop... everyone knows what he can do in TOP FORM.... The problem was that he wanted to party all the time, drink, etc etc
