Advice For New Assistant Manager - Arsenal 2015-16 Season Onwards

Afternoon folks,

I've had Johan Cruyff as my assistant manager since I started the game for Arsenal but he's just about to retire.

He seems to have had a huge influence so i'm looking for recommendations for a new assistant manager with the same sort of high influence and good stats.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

I like Franco Baresi for the defensive instructions. Best one I used though is Bernhard Peters. providing you pay him enough he joins as Assistant Manager but you need to pay a lot for him since he wants to be head of youth development
