Hey all i need some advice on improving my tactic. Im using Telstar from the Dutch lower leaque
i have 3 different tactics i play on different situation : attacking, control, and counter.
My attacking formation is a 4-3-2-1, control 4-1-2-1-2 and counter 4-1-2-2-1.

so far all 3 have been pretty decent in defense. allowing just 5 goals in the last 11 matches, but i feel that can improve, just like most of my possession is in the middle of the field, so i need some advice on how i can move that up to the last third of the field.
any advice is appriciated, if you need more information or screens just let me know.
