Advice Wanted :)

I got offered the Arsenal job half way into my second season with aston villa, i have taken it an want to try new players,tactics,training pretty much change arsenal back into a force again.

I have brought in Darren Bent/Ozil/Eriksen and im trying my hardest to fit them all into my starting 11 but formation i have tried leaves me very open in defence, does anyone have any ideas of formations?
Also any other advice would be welcome
