Well I just assumed before now that there were never going to be any awards for African Cup of Nations. But I just entered 2027 and the tournament has now finished. For the first time in it's history, (there have been 7 tournaments before this one) there is now a Dream Team, Golden Boot, Best Player and a couple of others.
I'm just wondering if there is any reason at all for this, apart from absolute randomness.
Has anyone had it like this from the start? Or did it start in a particular year? Or did it not happen at all?
There are plenty of other random issues with the game that nobody on here has been able to help me with. Hopefully somebody can shed some light on this next random situation. Maybe it's the first tournament where they're all regens (I haven't checked) or something like that? Who knows?
