After Promotion bids

I don't know if it's a bug, but I have managed to sign Danny Wilson with no upfront payment, but a 1 million clause after promotion, I am Portsmouth who i know are favourites to win league 2, but I have tried with various other league 2 teams and had similar success, anybody else seen anything similar? He's an absolute tank-bus in league 2 by the way

If you want to keep him, give him a new contract and take away the clause. Otherwise, be prepared to lose him for 1m.

if it was part of the transfer deal, a new contract wont change this. Only thing you can do is buy the clause for a bit cheaper before you get promoted.
