Agent Fees

I was trying to sign a player, however the club wont allow me to give his agent his required agent fee. Because of that, I was forced to end negotiations as that was the only stumbling block. Is there ANY way at all to get around this? I think its a great addition to the game as it is very representative of how agents influence players' moves etc, its just a bit annoying lol

just offer Zero as the agent fee, he will reject it, then offer zero again, if he rejects again increase the players wage a little and offer zero agent fee, they noramlly accept, I have not paid any agent fees yet and I'm in 2013
