Agents!!!

Is it me or is this feature just plain ****, i try to sign a player who's earning peas and the agent turns down my offer because i'm not willing to pay his 1.5million agent fees . I'm bored and sick of agents, i hated them in FM2011 and i hate them now, anyone else have any agent horror stories? Do you like agents in the game or would you rather they screw off?

I actually like the agent feature.
Sure,they can be very annoying at times,but they can also help you get a player signed with a low salary for a fee...
If you figure out how to use the agents to your own advantage,then they can be a huge asset and not only a burden.
