THE MANAGER FM GAME
This is a little experiment to see who is the best manager on FM, when they become an AI manager!
You can sign up to this experiment by PM'ing me with the following information in italics (you can fill in the optional bits too of course).
Some quick notes first:
- Your manager reputation is set between 1 and 10,000. It will be set at exactly 500 above the reputation of the club or nation you manage.
- Everything is out of 20 unless I've said otherwise.
- You may only choose clubs from the following leagues:
England: - Premier League or Championship
Spain: - La Liga or Liga Adelante
Italy - Serie A or B
Germany - Bundesliga
France - Ligue Une
Netherlands - Eredivisie
Portugal - Liga Sagres
Scotland - SPL or First Division
Argentina - Primera Division only
Brazil - Brasileirao Serie A only.
International - Any country that competes in Competitive matches.

FAQ:
1. General Game and Scoring FAQ:
At least 5 created managers must be signed into a division, or else they will be changed to another one.
- Once all the editing is done, I will make the original XML file available.
- I'll run this across different forums, and I'll produce a collective sign up list once everyone is done via Google Docs (you don't need a Google account to view).
- Once the XML file is created. I will create 5 unique games with it (all user-set variables will remain constant - same leagues etc.)
- Each game will run for 20 seasons. Each manager will be attributed a score from each game. The winner will be the manager with highest average score.
2. Skills FAQ
- If you put everything at 20, then the game will punish you. Try to be varied and specific if you are filling it in. A lot of the time, being different makes you a better manager!
3. Club/nation Assignment FAQ
- Clubs will be sorted on a first come, first served and choice priority. No 2nd choice will be given over a later applicants first choice.
- Managers can manage both a club and country if they wish. In this case, if a club is their first choice, they will not be assigned a nation until everyone else has a managerial position. Then it will be done on the same basis as above. For example, if 3 applicants put Spain as their second choice and a club as first choice (the yall got their first choice club and no-one has been given Spain as their main job), then the first applicant will be Spain national team boss, the 2nd will be Spain U21 boss, and the third will be Spain U19 boss.
- In the highly unlikely situation you don't get any of your picks, I will give you a chocie of available posts.
- If all of the clubs are taken in a nation, I will open up the next lower division for applicants also and inform all threads, but once a club has been given, there's no "going back"
4. Scoring System:
- The Scoring system will be released later, after initial testing of the game to balance the scoring.
