They are both very very good Keepers and both can do the job for any club but i would say if you have the money go for Akinfeev and if you are a little bit low on funds try and get Asenjo but both are very good
i have akinfeev in my season and he hasnt performed really that well and asenjo seems better value for money as he averages aronud 8 million and gets just as good as akinfeev
Akinfeev ten Asenjo in that order, with honourable mentions to Mandanda and Lloris, ...mind you, i used Vincenzio Fiorillo, Italian goalkeeper, brought hi from Roma in my 2014 saved game, ...he becomes very good indeed over time...!
Never really tried both, although Asenjo's low compsure puts me of a bit since I like my goalies to have high composure. Which is why I would prefer Akinfeev.
