Alberto Paloschi - PPMs?

Ive got this guy on a free in my second season for Everton and in my opinion i think he could be a fantastic poacher given the right PPMs, the only problem is is that i dont know which ones to make him learn so... Everyone on these forums knows their stuff so i thought id ask =D

Would like to know the answer to this myself, like what PPM's to teach different roles
 
Paloschi is an absolute monster for me on this game. Got him on a free as well in my newcastle save and He's one of the best strikers I've ever had on this game. He usually averages 1 in 2 for me but lately he's been injured a lot and has been coming on from the bench but he still does a fantastic job when required. I've rejected £16 million for him from Inter in the past and in 2-3 seasons time if you're looking to sell him then you should make a great profit. I use him as a poacher as well.

I've tried that before but for some reason he can't seem to do it. I've only tried it once though.
