Gutted when we missed out on him. He said he would commit his long term future with Milan. If he playes as striker then this season he will make make mark provided he wont be injured.

I still believe that Pato can be a much better play than any of those 2 but only if he stops some of that partying and works hard

What partying is this mate, haven't heard anything? Aint been out with Ronaldinho has he!?

On another note, Pato is 21 in a few weeks

As Burk mentioned, his wife divorced him only a few months after their marriage

Players like Javier Hernadez and Neymar have been performing better than him

What has Hernandez done so great? And Neymar yeah, great prospect but you got to remember the difference in the leagues.

Pato scores near enough every other game in one of the worlds top leagues. I know im going to be a tad bias ;) but come on, Hernandez has done nout yet!

I dont know who brought Chicharito into this discussion, I will also disagree with him and Neymar are doing well than Pato when we can see the difference in the leagues.

I will tell ya, this year many might change their opinion on Chicharito..

For starters he has peformed admirably in the World Cup and at internationel level as that is where all of us has really seen him and we all know his sheer pace and how hye can ghost into the box.Neymar I agree that there is a difference in League's but noting his progress which I have been following keenly mind you.....there is a stark difference.

He did very well at the World Cup scoring against France & Argentina and he also scored against Spain last week, And his pace is incrediable, Do you watch Brazilan's league? As I know noting of them and how he gets on over their, And I think now that he has got in the Brazil squad and that Ronaldinho has calmed down on his partying that he will finally show he is one of the best in the world

Yeah, him getting back into the Brazil Squad is the perfect way to start,he should swaet it out now and help Milan peform well in the League then think of a move to a bigger club that will win trophies such as R.Madrid,Chelsea,Man Utd etc.....right now he firsts need to prove himself again

Dont think we ever stood a chance to be honest mate, His idol was Ronaldo who was at Milan at the time and their was also other Brazillian players at the club to at the time, and I agree once they dont start Borriello up top with Pato on the right he will show how good he is, Borriello aint a great player

While he was injured he must have got bored not playing football and was partying non-stop which lead to his wife divorcing him after a few months

It was about fellow wonder-kids and him and Neymar were brought into it, As I said I cant comment on Neymar as I haven't seeing him but I have seeing alot of Pato to know he is amazing, And I agree Chicharito has me very excited about this season

I agree completly, If he perfoms well this season and win's a trophey with Milan then they could both part ways with Milan recieving alot of money which they need at the moment and Pato furthering his Career

Lets hope for the best and see eh....I love him as a player for his pace and finishing

i hope he goes to chelsea as he will be the perfect replacement for drogba

I was more along the lines of how they will complement each other so well but we seem to be getting closer and closer to signing Neymar who is similar material

(out of english clubs, in a Man U fan btw)

I wasn't saying Hernandez wasnt a good player, its just that since hes been bought he has been hyped up so much. I hope he does well, but as he has been in a mexican league until now, its hard to judge if he is going to play consistantly well for Utd. (and if he gets a decent amount of matches)

If Pato can stay injury free, he should be able to hit 20 goals this season, depinding on service from the rest of the milan squad.

Neymar isen't in the similar material as the drogs im afraid he is very lightweight and needs abit of work in the gym but boy he can finish.

Well, Ronaldinho needs to show up again this season. He was great last season, top of the Serie A assists list (i think!) with 15.

We need him badly now, and Pato to feature in more games

Ronaldinho has left for Brazilian Club Fluminese I think...

He was brilliant alright, And if Milan sign Honda and K-P-B then that bit of youth will help pato and he will score plenty

That was just a rumour wans't it? No way they could afford his wages and I think he is happy in Milan after a great season last one and he cut down on his partying

Hes been training with Milan dude, im expecting him to stay. He was great Burkie, some of the old magic is still there! Will never reach the hights he had at Barca, but he still has that ability to do the unexpected and play a cutting pass in a split second.

Gets on the score sheet a bit too :)

Need Huntelaar to perform. Was hoping him and Pato would make a great partnership, hopefully this season they will.

Hoping Merkel, Strasser, Adiah etc can step up soon too, specially with the money problem :S

Hernandez is 22, hardly a prospect, he is still developing but already should be proven as should Aguero (not that I'd put Aguero is the same bracket as Hernandez). Aguero is already one of the best strikers in the world imo.

Pato isn't that much better than Balo, besides they're different types of striker. Neither have really impressed me that much though when I have watched Serie A this season. They both show glimpses of quality but aren't consistent enough yet.

hmm.....I dont think Aguero is one of the best strikers yet but he is certainly near to be one,he can still improve I feel

Forlan would not have been as prolific for Atletico had Aguero not been there tbh. Definitely in the top 10 strikers in the world imo.
