Alienated

I'll keep it short and sweet, I have a player who was alienated after I fined him for his second dismissal of the season. Hes alienated, wants to leave the club, hands in transfer request which I grant, I stick him in reserves, he complains, I basically tell him to deal with it, I offer him out to clubs and I check his personal status,

General happiness : Looking forward to leaving the club
Unhappiness Reasons (amongst otheres) : (concerned) Doesnt want to leave the club

This makes no sense! Why hand in a transfer request when you dont want to leave!

I got the same problem with this before. I didn't bother him because I thought he was going to leave.
But soon my player apologized in a press conferences and told me to put him off the transfer list.

Its weird but sometimes its best to give the player a leave of absence and he usually settles then.
