Summary:

What an unbelievable month we've just experienced in the league, scoring 9 goals and only conceding 1. I have to put this form down to a new tactic I've introduced, where I have switched from our regular 451 to a more attacking and exciting 4231.
Despite this fine run in the league, we unfortunately again got knocked out of the Champions League at the same stage as we did last year. Looking back we should've beaten BATE Borisov, as the 2 goals we conceded in the first leg came from individual errors. Then in the second leg we were minutes from going through until Bate scored a crucial away goal to take the game to extra time. With no more goals coming, it went to the lottery of penalties and we crashed out 12-11.
Looking at our Europa draw, though we are seen as huge outsiders I fancy us to compete for 2nd place

Another solid month in the league as we continue our unbeaten run, with fine wins over Levski and Slavia Sofia. We got off to a great start in the Europa league too, beating AZ thanks to goals by Tsvetanov and Vasilev. Not surprisingly our unbeaten run came to an end as we lost to 'B' group side Bansko, who are currently without a win in the bottom league!!

Summary:

We've been playing above expectations in the Europa League as we currently sit top with three wins from three games, including a superb win over Lyon. The lads have really taken to the new formation I've introduced and all credit must go to them for adapting so quickly.
Litex took the only points off us in the league, as we continued our amazing run of form, which has opened up a six point lead from us to second place Ludogorets. We are also through to the next round of the Bulgarian cup as we narrowly beat Bansko on penalties.

Summary:

Another brilliant month in both league and cup competitions. We extended our lead at the top of the table to eleven points and remain unbeaten. But the biggest achievement is that we've qualified from our group in the Europa league, where we currently head the table.
Good news that our training and youth facilities have been upgraded and with our finances looking strong, all is looking good for a bright future at the club.

Summary:

Due to the mid-season break which begins in the middle of the month, we played 4 games in the space of 2 weeks, which saw us take a commanding 1st leg lead over Litex in the Bulgarian Cup and a fine win over APOEL in our final game in the Europa group stage. That win ensured we finished top, which resulted in a tough two legged tie with Everton in the first round knockout stage.
Unfortunately we lost our first game in the league this month and it was against big rivals CSKA Sofia. But that came at a time when the players were struggling with fatigue and we were missing some players still through injury, meaning I couldn't rotate the team as I would've liked.

Great work getting through your Europa League group mate! Everton will be a difficult tie but looking forward to seeing how you get on.

Cheers mate. Yeah will be a tough ask, but new formation is amazing, gutted I didn't develop it at the beginning!! Lol. :)

Impressive run in the EL.

Cheers mate, as I mentioned in previous post, since I've changed formation we seem a much better, solid team. Fingers crossed it lasts. Appreciate the feedback and support. :)

Brilliant read this mate, still bit confused how your not favorites for the title after back to back wins though...Really enjoying this!!

Thanks buddy. Yeah I don't know either, though may have to do with that I'm currently 2nd best team in Bulgaria and Ludogorets are ranked 1st. I'm sure that will change very soon. ;). Appreciate the support and feedback. Thanks

Summary:

This month brought the end of our winter break and after tow friendly wins, we ended the month with a brilliant win against Dunav 2010, which was my biggest ever win since I took over.
It's a huge blow losing Asen Georgiev as he has been superb for me and is also my captain, but hopefully Naby Sarr can come in and continue his good form, especially as we face seven games next month, including our 1st leg game against Everton.

Summary:

Frustratingly injuries have hampered us this month, with Viktor Genev and Iliyan Kapitanov joining an already long injury list and they will also miss the Everton game.
Looking back on the Everton game, though we were missing some key players through injury, I think I was too ambitious with our starting formation, but overall we were beaten by our oppositions quality forward line.
In the league we are 16 points ahead of Ludogorets, but it should've been more, as we lost to our bogey team at the end of the month. However, with 9 games left I'm very confident that the title will be ours for a third consecutive season.

Another job offer rejected, as I'm determined to try and have a decenyt crack at the Champions League with Lokomotiv Sofia, but it's nice to be recognised for the good work I've done.
We progress to the semi final of the cup, where for the third year running we'll Ludogorets again and as they beat us in the league last month, revenge will be on the cards.
A very poor intake of youth players this year and something I'm very disappointed with. We spent money improving the facilities and to have a bunch of players that have no potential is very frustrating.

How u finding Koby Arthur?? I'm a Birmingham fan and have used couple of times on various saves and have had mixed results!! Where do you use him?

I've heard a lot about him in real life and lots say he could have a big future! I like signing good young prospects and when I had opportunity signed Koby, as was hoping to use him as a striker being tutored by first Afonso Alves and now Bojinov, but due to Bojinov going on an amazing scoring run haven't used him as much, but is tipped to be a star player in the league! I'll post a screenie of him for you if you like? :D

Summary:

We completely ran away with the league title this year and we were crowned champions with five games left to play. I aim to win our remaining four games, to set bigger targets for us to beat next year.
With our finances looking very good and a lot more in the bank, I hope I'll get given a nice healthy budget, as I have a few ideas up my sleeve ready to attack the Champions League next year. But before I start planning ahead, with some key injuries, the remaining few games will give me a chance to look at a couple of players I'm undecided on and see if they can have a future at the club.

Summary:

Not the ending to the season I was expecting, as we lost in the Bulgarian Cup due to some dreadful goalkeeping by our understudy keeper. Despite his age and being a regular for the Bulgarian U21s I expected better from Kristiyan Katsarev.
Our league form also suffered, as we picked up one win in four and again there were basic errors from some of the players that were given the opportunity to impress.
With my mind now on next season, I'm determined to break into the Champions League and challenge ourselves against some of Europe's elite teams. To do this I've decided I'm going to look to hopefully break our wage structure and record transfer fee providing the right players are available. Also, I'm keen to have the competition for all positions to a much higher quality, so will be looking to add more new faces to the squad, as well as selling players who I feel haven't done enough to impress me of late.
