All my players names are Gray, in Senior/Reserve and U18's Squads?

Ive got to the point of FM2012 where i will just mess around with the Editor and make very unrealistic edits, but what ive done is this: Edited Stoke, Removed all their players/staff increased their Rep/money/facilities and Ive put them in championship to replace West Ham, BUT when i load this editor save, everything works and I get the expected regens in staff and players but they are ALL grayed out and I cant figure out why?

Do you want the club to start with no players and staff?

If they are greyed out, they are added because you dont have enough players to field a full team. Once you sign players they will disappear. You can offer them contracts though, and they will turn white and stay.
