All possession, no goals?!?

I'm currently managing mansfield in league one, and I'm not doing too bad but every game I play I have at least 60% of the possession and 15+ shots on target, but i'm barely scoring any. My coaches are decent in all areas of training and I've tried oodles of strikers too. If anyone has any tips that'd be helpful

This is what your post says to those of us who want to help: You're currently managing a team, you're doing well possession wise and having a lot of shots(However as you've posted no screenshots at all to help us assess the situation we can't help) You've got good coaches(which isn't going to affect creating good chances in the short-term) and you have tried lots of strikers(again without any screenshots of these strikers)

We need screen shots of your formation, your team instructions, information on player instructions, screenshots of the match stats for these games where you're not scoring goals and screenshots of the strikers you've been using in order to help in any way.

2 wingers, 1 advanced playmaker and a false 9 all on support.. you're team has no cutting edge. Play your wingers as attacking inside forwards or get an advanced forward on the pitch.

Seems to be a downloaded tactic. Ask the creator. He'll at least know how it's supposed to work.

1) Sometimes games like the Oldham game just happen, especially at a level where you don't have world-class players
2) All of your front six are on a support duty - support players are essentially players who are looking to feed other players. Essentially all of your front 6 are primarily trying to get into positions where they can create rather than score and as a result you have no1 who is consistently trying to get into a goal-scoring position. This paired with a low tempo and short passing game is going to see you playing a well controlled game, but definitely not an attacking one. The only thing about your tactic that COULD lead to goals is that you've given your players more freedom to "Be more expressive". However, this setting is less effective with the standard of players you have available to you as you're telling them that they can do what they think will work instead of relying on the tactic so much. The players you have available to you more than likely lack the mental, physical and/or technical attributes to be able to do this.

A map of where the teams shots are being taken from would be better, so as to see whether the chances are clear cut or not.
Your shots on target percentage and shots to goals ratio is pretty average.

The bad "Finishing" of your strikers might caused it.
