Allow First Window Transfer Budgets

When you have this checked, do you still get a transfer budgt for the second window? and if so, how big? (ie. half of the original, etc)

just started a juve save with this checked since i was bored at seeing the same transfers..yeah.

Yes, full amount you would have had at start of season I think. Also if you're exceeding your expectations you may be able to upgrade them.
