Almost devastation....

Ok guys, basically, I tried to load up my Bury (In the Premier League) save before, and I got a message saying "Save file could not be located". Please tell me there is some way for me to get my game back?

If not, luckily, I have a back-up file which was about 5 or 6 games behind my current save. If there is no way to get my main save file back, what can I do to prevent this in the future?

I had teh same problem when I turned the computer off at the mains while fm was running, this was despite me saving it, I lost the save and couldn't recover it. I am afraid you'll have to stay with your backup mate.

Lesson for everyone: Keep backups of everything you are worried about losing.

As Jack said, you won't be able to recover the latest save data. Luckily, you are smart enough to make an additional save... something Mr. Fulham is not.

But to answer your question - no, there is no way to get it back.
