please help me guys :'( I do not know where I'm making mistakes... ı ALWAYS LOSE ALL GAMES! what should I do? I talked to all the players one at a time and praised them. BUT I ALWAYS LOSE! I set up individual training, match training and general training.
I always encouraged the players and encouraged them in the games. I worked pre season condition + match tactics and after team working. I worked in the season balanced average and defence positioning. but nothing works!!!! please help me!
