Am I losing it, or could this really happen?

Being Chelsea, my boyhood team. Got to Carling Cup final, vs Everton. Match was poor finishing 2-2. So the match went to penalties, Bosingwa missed the 3rd penalty. Then Cech saved an Arteta penalty, Zhirkov scored and Cech saved a Cahill penalty. Then Mikel scored what I believed to be the winning penalty. So then, I congratulated the team on the victory and continued, feeling quite satisfied that I had won the Carling Cup, all be it on penalties, but then, much to my surprise I saw my first letter/email/what ever its called saying "Carling Cup heartache for Chelsea."

I thought this was either pretty weird or I am so blinded by the need to win that I saw Mikel score the winning penalty. Anyone else come across this?

yeah happened with my morton game, won the challenge cup on penalties (just) and said "morton lose in challenge cup heartache"

very weird but ignore it

I would have been really mad if it had of been Champions League final, but I can live without the Carling Cup
