Amateur contracts

Hi.

I'm playing with a club in the norwegian 4th division (pretty prestigious, right?!), but all my players are either under amateur or junior contracts. I've lost my 3 best players in my first two weeks with this team because bigger clubs are more or less robbing me for players. I was wondering if there was any way for me to keep my players or if I'll just have to sit back and watch while bigger teams clean me out?

If your team is amateur u wont be able to do anything about it....Its really frustrating i know,ur best bet is to become semi-professional quickly

Unless you can get them on full time contracts i don't think there is much you can do i'm afraid, i may be wrong though

And what do I have to do to become semi-profesional? I guess I gotta win the league, but will that be enough?

The worst thing about this is that it is near impossible to gel the team as players are constantly coming in and going out

Once you reach a high enough division your team will automatically turn semi-pro, your chairman will message you telling you about the change and from then onwards you can offer players semi-pro or amateur contracts.
