Amateur ---> Semi Pro ---> Professional

Okay I currently manage a club from san marino so they are not the best team in the world obviously and i am in my second season and Ive played in the champions league and furthest i have gotten in europe is europa league play off round and i have won the league and i keep on wanna do so... But is there any way if i can ever turn semi pro then professional with them?
