Amature Training?

Hello,

I took on the role as manager of Swansea Uni, an amature side, I have gotten them promoted but I am still an amature team, we even won a cup and had some European matches! Didn't get very far, but one day! What I want to know is what sort of training set up I should go with, since I don't have great coaching staff, or facilities, or that many slots!
