Bressan is a good CM, and is usually fairly cheap :)
 
M'villa will be to expensive. Try Etienne Capoue. In my save, Flamini always runs out of contract in Milan, so maybe you could get him for free.

Badelj if he isnt playing in a better team can be an option too.
 
Try Andile Jali as he turns out very good and he is usually cheap so try him
