AMR and AML for Liverpool?

Hi guys, I just started a new season with liverpool after winning basically everything available with Real Madrid. I was shocked how low the transfer budget was. Anyway, I bought Neymar already, so I won't have much more money to spend, but I'm trying to offload players too.

My question is, are there any young AML and AMRs out there, preferably under 25, and available for under 10mil (euros)?

Martin Zeman for AML stats are great and you can get him around 2.5-3m euros
Mehdi Carcela and Enzo Perez are good too
