Why don't you upload a package of all your trainings?
Because if they are efficient too, they should be shared. ;)
 
he is not fully developed, still got a lot more mental attributes to gain.

well yes i said it was my training for the more athletic CB and FBs as well
and well i mostly individulise training so my players match my tactics as much as possible
