It's strange that noone has said anything about this guy. He's one of the best Italian dc's and much cheaper than Chiellini's or Nesta's etc. Last season he had an average performance of 7.42 scoring 6 goals in 33 matches. He was also my "fans' player of the year" and "defender of the year". A must have for any team.

Advantages : Heading, Jumping, Strength, Marking, Determination, Bravery, Anticipation, Concentration.

Weaknesses: Poor technical attributes (who needs them for a dc???)

Position : Defender Center Normal or Stopper
 
Weeeirdd, I was going to make this thread. I took over Inter, I've been there about 4 months and he didn't seem to get much action under the last manager (update: turns out he did, still new to this team, but 0 goals)

Under me, with corners aimed at him - 10 in 15. from CB. No joke, I was going to make a thread but I like procrastination more. I even took a screenie of him 4/5 seasons in from my game for said thread (that you did before me and better). I've had scoring CB's before but they normally stop once they hit 5/6 but this guy keeps going. I can think of 3 seperate matches his goals have won me.

This post is basically me saying: ^, 10/10

Looks like a good old-fashioned no-nonsense Italian centrehalf. Could be worth a wee look at especially looking at the fact Inter only paid £2.7million for him.
 
Can't sign him as co-owned by Inter and Genoa :(
 
Im 2016 and he's still playing for Inter.. It can hardly be signed in my opinion : )
 
Currently worth 3M on my save, I think I'm going to try sign him for Palermo. Really like his stats - by looking at them it is very clear that he is simple central defender who's duty is to defend and stop the opposition players.
 
haha..he's been Vidic partner for my MU save..gonna say goodbye to ferdinand..his scored 4 in 13..haha..even more than Berbatov..XD
 
10 in 15 for a striker is decent never mind a centre half
 
So he has become a key player for Inter on my game so I won't be signing him. But I had an idea that maybe someone has tried - retraining him into a targetman. Could do the trick if the service is good enough. Although because of the complete lack of other technical attributes I wouldn't have him as a first choice striker. But to bring him on with 10-15 minutes to go and in need of a goal could work.
 
Retraining him as a striker would be a stupid idea. Just have him attack far post and aim at far post on corners and he'll produce the goods.
 
Gonna try sign him for Palermo nearly finished first season want him to partner Rami in my team the other lad of Rubin is good i Salvatore Bochetti think his name is :)

Glad I saw this because I'm at start of 2nd season with Arsenal, have just bough Musacchio to play as back up with Galeano as 3rd choice, Vermaelen and Koscielny main pairing and was really thinking of getting rid of Koscielny for him, but was umming and arring. Galeano and Mussachio look good, but not great. Plus they will need time as they're young, so this one might do the trick. I think this may have just persuaded me to go for him any way! Cheers guys.
 
I had this guy at juventus. bought him for 6 million euros, since City didnt want him and he was unhappy. Sold him to barcelona for 37 million the following season. hes a beast, scored 8 goals in the league. this guy+chiellini and mascherano as DM = 8 goals against in the whole season. Oh yeh, i signed mascherano for free :D

No no of course not. I don't know exactly what part of the tactic makes it all click but I play him in the DCR slot, combined with Goals Galore tactics, and every corner and every free kick goes straight to his head - which combined with his height/ heading/ jumping, makes him a goal machine.

nice, my regen defender which is a italian and current age is 19 is also like your andrea ranocchia which he has scored 9 league goals in 34 games for wigan
