He's a great player, but Heres a piece of advice to get the best out of him.

As mentioned in the OP he has fairly poor DECISIONS (Arguably the most important attribut IMO).
By Removing his creative freedom, he wont have to make the last decision, giving you better results.
Also, if you want him to score, Long Shots Right up, Through Balls and Crossing right down.
Vice-Versa for the assists
