Please don't write in such big writing.

Save into My Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2010 > Graphics > Kits

If you don't have any of those folders make them


Go into FM and go onto Options > Preferences > Display & Sound > Untick 'Use Skin Cache' > Tick 'Always Reload Skin on Confirm'
