Annoying Management Choices

Does anyone else get annoyed when Managers are given National Jobs who are regens and haven't played a game? I'm presuming this is a bug cause its really annoying. Look at the Polish Manager in my save.

Don't think it's a bug, happens all the time in my FM10 game, don't know why, tends to only happen with lower rep nations through my experience though.

It should be classed as a bug because, contrary to all our FM managers on here like to perceive, unknown managers who haven't played a game before don't get big jobs as national managers.

Yeah.., worst thing is I applied for the Ghana job & that clown beat me to it :'(

Either way I dont apply for national jobs while managing a club, it just is not realistic however it does seem odd, seem to notice it happening loads of time on my games 2 like when Rafa Benitez got the Spain Job

Bear in mind Roy Hodgson got the Liverpool job, anything is possible....
