Annoying players

What do you guys do with the players which are constant pains? i have two and they are important to the team but they moan like ****. Arturo Vidal and Vidic (i'm Man Utd btw) Vidic always complains on behalf of his team mates e.g. if i'm not playing jonny evans much he'll complain and his morale will drop and Vidal gets sent off (straight red cards always no double yellow) which causes me to fine him and he moans that i fine him...shall i just sell them both or change the way i approach things myself?

Bit different to your problem but Cavani is doing my nut in...keep trying to buy him, get to the contract stage where he says I want to see what u offer. Offer him Key player, £150k bonuses the lot, he turns round and says theres no point in proceeding with these negotiations and quits talks. Absolute throbber
