There are interetsing requests and there are lazy ones. This is a lazy one and i am afraid that no one will be bothered to help you. What you are asking for is for someone to alalyze the way he pust his team on the field, traslate this into FM and play at leasts 2 season with it before uplolading it to you.
Have a look in the posting rules sticky at the top. In there, you find some suggestions on how to get better help. Perhaps this could be a great discussion on how he plays, but then the OP need to be the one that sets it off, not one that merely wants to be spoon fed
