Any advantages for accepting National Team Managerial role?

Spain approached me to become their national team manager. Are there advantages for accepting this job? Will it be easier to buy Spain football players for my Fulham team?

No. You get to manage a national team though.

It won't be easier to buy Spanish players - unless you develop a good relationship with them on the national team, in which case they may be more inclined to sign for your club. But given how little time the players spend in the national team, I think that is unlikely to happen.

You can however pick any Spanish players you already have for the national team and give them some international experience - which might improve their morale and make them like you more. Whenever I manage a national team I'm always extremely nepotistic!

Giving international debuts to young players is an easy way to become their favored personnel which has some minor advantages.
