Any good loan signings for 3rd Division Scottish Team

I'm currently managing Stranrear 1st season in the Scottish division 3, got no transfer budget and no wage budget either

tough ask but any ideas?

Try the youth teams of the big SPL teams. You might get one or two. I took East Stirlingshire from Div3 to the SPL in my Alex Ferguson story (link below). At the end of each season look out for young players that have been released from the bigger clubs
