Any good players what can improve my current squad April 12 2013

My Currrent team is:

GK
Andriy Pyatov, Kuszczak, Agazzi

Defenders
Brown, Evans, Ferdinand, Vidic, Demichelis, Rafael, Evra

Midfield
Bale, Carrick, Fletcher, Modric, Nani, Anderson, Schroder

Attackers
Pato, Vucinic, Berbatov, Aguero, Rooney, Hernandez, Wellbeck (loaned out)

this is my first in charge of Man Utd as i was with Inter Milan for nearly 3 Seasons (winning 13 Trophys breaking down into 11 cups and 2 Leagues)
the only signing i made was Pato and Schroder( only 17 good prospect)

any suggestion will be helpful

buy a better goalkeeper
someone of Lloris, De Gea, Akinfeev, Neuer
also someone who will replace vidic and ferdinand like phil jones, shawcross, otamendi
you have great players in attack and in midfield
sell berbatov and maybe vucinic if you play with 2 strikers, if with 3, then keep him

you not got a suggestive line up/tactic ahve you as i had a good few months made a few tweaks now not getting good results.

any help would be helpful

you could also try a 4-3-3
