Any idea how to defend better

My tactic gets me lots of goals both for my team and my opponent.
Any idea where to change my tactic?
I want to keep scoring lots of goals, but my defence needs to be better.
Don`t bother the form of the players, just played a match.

Change DM to HB so you will have 3 at defense when both your 2 CWB attack
