Any in game Editors that won't ruin my game?

I'm currently top of the league with Barnsley in prem, through to the latter stages of the champs league and won the FA cup season prior to this... My Board will not expand or build a new stadium at all!! I'm in 2018 i ask every 3-6 months and they just aren't having it because they don't think i have the fanbase....

If i download a in game editor or whatever there called could i change my potential fan base? Also, is this considered as cheating? Plus, will it ruin my game in any way?

You can download one that can edit your game, It is considered cheating since its done with an editor, and it shouldn't ruin your game.

Never used an editor save/load in FM ever because I believe it is cheating because it is altering things you can not change in real life if you were a manager and FM is always trying to strive for realism, but if you find the game more enjoyable by using a editor then that is your choice but I wouldn't. Hope that helps
