Is there any news of one coming? The last one i think i downloaded was a good few months back (when i last played).

You can read about the 13.3.3 update here (couldn't find an info on it on this page)

FM14 will be released in late autumn, like it is every year. Around October is probably a safe bet.

Where did you get that from then?

Although historically it was released every year on the Xbox 360, it never did anyone any harm. Other than those who bought it.
