Any recommendation for English U21 players.

Awww. I manage to make him a leading inside forward for the Premier League.

But then, I don't play the giants of the league, so I am not sure :P. I am more of a giant slayer~

He's a decent player after a few seasons, but doubt he'd ever be title-winning standard. Especially if he was to buy him now, as he won't develop as well at United than if he was playing regularly for one club.
 
Why dont you just look at the England u21s and below squad thats where you find the best ones?

I know he is but OP seemed to have overlooked him as he didn't mention him in his post, he mentioned Michael Keane but not Will Keane.
