Any successful 4-3-1-2's?

I'm running a 4-3-1-2 with Watford (this is like 2019 bear in mind). I'm having issues finding one that plays solid defensively and can score goals efficiently. Anybody have a good set-up for this formation?

Those three are on the center of the pitch, I mean all three players are midfielders, or do you play with an midfielder and two lateral midfielders?
