Any tips in hiring staff for an international team?

Well I don't know about anyone else but I do find this to be quite a pain in the bottom not knowing how to find the right staff to hire for your international team because you cannot tick "Ask assistant to filter out unrealistic targets" making it difficult in finding staff members who are willing to accept the staff role you offer them oO)
So if anyone has any helpful tips on the matter it'd be greatly appreciated :$

International Coaching Staff

First Post here, this was bothering me too. Go to the 'Jobs' screen and place as advert for whatever you need! Good luck to all who were bothered by this, I placed a million offers for staff before I realised this. I got a good response as Norway Manager - 1 GK Coach, 4 Physio's & 7 Coaches applied for the jobs available. My reputation is Continental, don't know if that affects anything but just if you were wondering..... Does it work for all National teams, let me know if it helped!!<)
