Any ultra defensive tactics out there ?

Did anyone out there tried to create some kind of ultra-defensive counterattacking killer tactics that turned out to be very effective ?
Note: when i say "ultra defensive" that means that i presume that there are 7 players occupie the defensive and DMs line. And i presume that this tactics is the main tactic, not the one that is used for away games or against stronger teams only.
 
No, this is not what i'm looking for. I want to see 7 players occupiing Defs and DMs lines. Something like 4-3-*-*-*(3 DMCs) or 5-2-*-*-* (2 DMCs) or maybe 3-4-*-*-* (3 DCs, 2 DMCs, 2 WBs) or maybe even 2-5-*-*-* (2 DCs, 3 DMCs, 2WBs)

Why not just create it yourself? You seem to already know what you want.
 
I'm quite inexperienced in all those team and player instructions.
 
It's more simple than people make it look. Just don't use TIs or PIs unless you see you need it.
