Any way to remove retired numbers?

I'm making an all time West Ham team and of course, Bobby Moore is in it. I'd like him to wear #6, any way to unretire it?

Should be editable I think, I always thought that if a player has played more than 10 seasons with the club you're managing you should get the choice to retire their shirt. Man Utd's no.11 should be retired after Giggs retires, etc.
