Is there any way to get a player that is unhappy and wants to leave, hand in a transfer request,,,,i dont think there is but im hoping you guys know a way?

why would you want him to hand in a transfer request? why not just transfer list him and offer him to clubs?

no i mean a player that your after,,,,is unhappy at there club and want to join you but they dont accept bids for him
