Any words of wisdom for a player starting out on his journey?

Good morning everyone I'm about to embark on a noble quest a quest to take a lowly BSS team to the promised lands of champions league glory,
can any players who have experience of doing this message me ?

there are so many things I'd like to know , things like do I need a director of football is there a way of getting decent teamed loan players in ? Etc I just want to know the little things that make a big difference in the lower leagues which can help me progress through the leagues smoother.

its all about getting as much finance as possible imo
i.e. parent club, high gate receipt friendlies, cup runs, developing young players

also trying to play a very gd style of play can be difficult with lower league players so i would recommend slowly adapting
