I too, also find the game remarkably easy. Winning most games comfortably. Now you'll all tell me I cheat, or I 'exploit' the match engine. Well, I'll say "Don't be preposterous, just learn to play the game."

Jeez, did anybody actually look at the tactic he's using before jumping down his throat? It's not like he downloaded some crazy asymmetric-formation tactic that would get a manager instantly fired in real life, it's basically just a bog standard 4-2-3-1.

If that's an exploit tactic then everyone's using an exploit tactic. And if he's really getting those results with that tactic and not editor cheating, then something has gone squirrelly with his game...

He has yet to complete a season so we don't have any useful data to interpret. According to him, all he did was play the first 1-2 months of each season and then restart a new game. Maybe Arsenal happens to start with superb morale or something at the start of the season, paired with a customized tactic for Arsenal = "autowin"

And the game should easy if you choose a top tier team and use effective tactics and players. That's why I only do pentagon challenges, since I find that to be the most challenging and rewarding.

I haven't looked at it, but since the tactic itself is named Arsenal control, I can only assume it's been thoroughly tested for specifically, Arsenal, and it might better reflect this in the individual player instructions, set piece instructions, etc.

There seems to be a lot of people throwing opinions around in here. If you are suggesting him to be a new team then you certainly are not doing it in a nice way.

If you want to be Arsenal you be Arsenal, maybe give creating your own tactic a go. Nothing gives me more enjoyment than my own tactic being successful and i am definitely not a tactical genius.

I really feel for the op if you read his earlier post he used the tactic with his beloved Arsenal and it got them playing just like they play in real life finishing 3rd or 4th every season and winning the odd cup.

Now all of a sudden its got the team playing immense, unanswerable football and its just devastating. Its just not realistic. The op is obviously an avid Gooner and craves realism he wants to be smashing the underdogs whilst getting hammered by the big boys.

OP I feel your pain its just not right!
