I just got hired by them in the 3rd season (2015/2016 season) in my game, so was looking for a Bayern Munich type tactic under Pep cause my Football Knowledge is pretty limited on the tactical side and it's probably something I'll never just pick up and learn, lol.
Sadly it won't let me post the link here because I haven't made to many posts, but if you Google "FM 2014 Pep Bayern Munich Tactic" it should give near the top of the results a direct link back to this forum, to a Pep Possesion Based tactic that can be used for Bayern Munich.
Granted it initially says for 14.2, which is an older version for the game, but eventually it was updated to 14.3 and even though it's still 1 update behind I'm doing pretty well so far in the beginning of the season (4-2-0 in League Play so far, one disappointing draw against a team I should have beaten at Home (Hertha Berlin) and the other draw so far was against last season League Champs in my game at their stadium, Schalke had the game won too, but conceded a goal in injury time, ugh). Only played 1 champions league game so far in the Group Stage, happened to be a very strong Manchester City as in my game they won the EPL 2 years in a row, but beat them 1-0 in their stadium.
Basically, just try to find a tactic, or build your own that takes advantage of Bayern's excellent midfielders, which is why I kind of like the one I mentioned cause it's a 4-1-4-1, so it plays to their strengths.
