Anyone ever load China/Japan?

Hey all, I'm working on a new long term save, and was thinking of whether or not I should load China or Japan (custom database)

In my long term save now, After 10 years, there are only maybe 3 good Chinese regens in the world (china not loaded). This dampers any marketing value of an Asian Financial Feeder Club has (continental rep asians boost shirt sales as opposed to world class for everyone else)

Just wondering how many quality regens these two nations produce. I would load them, but I just tried a save with all nations (including custom nations) loaded and it's just too slow. I like having Africa and large parts of the middle east and asia loaded, but I don't think it'll be worth it due to lack of quality regens.

I usually load all South American and North African players in order to find good regens and cheap players , I would think this would work if you loaded up Japanese and Chinese players too.

loading the players isn't the same as loading the teams and competitions. I'm looking for regen players a couple years into the game, something loading the players doesn't affect.
