Anyone got any tips on how to fix "not well formed (invalid token) at line 1"?

I deleted the caeh and preferences folder and removed the graphics and skins and it is STILL not working

Go to control panel, click on classic view. Folder options will then appear, then click on view tab and change setting to show hidden files.
Go to c:, users folder, appdata folder, roaming folder, sports interactive file, fm15 and delete all settings.
